Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Britany (she/her) and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have experience working with clients in various inpatient and outpatient settings. I have worked with people struggling with codependency, relationship issues, anxiety, trauma, and many other mental health concerns. Through my work in these settings, I found my passion for helping people especially those in underserved populations such as LGBTQ+ individuals.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I consider myself to be a collaborative therapist who works with my clients as a team. I work with clients through a trauma-informed lens and provide tools and structure to each session. We will work together to create goals and a plan to reach those goals.

What you can expect from our first session

My clients can expect to feel seen, understood, and supported every session. Every client will have an individualized plan to achieve their goals. My job is to meet you where you are and help support you in where you want to go.
