Great to meet you!

I work with adults from a variety of backgrounds, offering culturally sensitive and compassionate care for those navigating challenges such as Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), anxiety, depression, panic attacks, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and trauma. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and understood. Together, we'll build practical coping tools, process and heal from past experiences, explore and express emotions in healthy ways, and identify thought patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

My approach to therapy

I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and integrate a variety of evidence-based approaches into my work, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused parts work, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all, so I tailor each session to your unique needs and goals. I approach our work together with curiosity, compassion, and deep respect, taking the time to understand your experiences and what you're hoping to achieve. Together, we'll find the approaches and tools that best support your healing, growth, and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

I understand that mental health challenges can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to provide a space where you feel safe, supported, and free from judgment. Whatever you're facing, you don't have to carry it alone. I'm here to listen with compassion, offer insight and encouragement, and equip you with practical tools to help you navigate life's challenges and reconnect with the life you want to live. If this approach resonates with you, I'd be honored to support you on your healing journey. I invite you to reach out when you're ready.
