Great to meet you!

I strive to create a welcoming and supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected and comfortable being themselves. I value building genuine relationships with my clients and taking the time to understand their unique experiences, strengths and goals. I have experience in supporting clients across the lifespan as they navigate a variety of mental health concerns and life challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, individualized and centered around each client's own needs and goals. I believe the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important parts of creating meaningful change and I work to meet my clients where they are without judgment. I incorporate various evidence-based strategies while making therapy practical and relevant to each person's everyday life.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a comfortable, trusting relationship. We will talk about what brings you to therapy, what you hope to work on and any concerns or goals you would like to address. I will answer any questions you may have about the therapeutic process and work with you to determine our starting point. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported and hopeful about the steps you are taking towards your best self!
