Great to meet you!

Hello! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Texas, dedicated to helping adults and teens navigate the complexities of anxiety and depression. My background is in Psychology with a minor in Development in Children & Family Studies and went on to receive my Master’s degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. With several years of experience in individual therapy, I’m passionate about supporting my clients on their wellness journeys.

My approach to therapy

As a BIPOC therapist, I appreciate and understand the unique experiences that come with diverse backgrounds. My mission is to create a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental space where clients from all walks of life can feel truly heard and supported. My therapeutic techniques are tailored to your needs, incorporating evidence-based practices and a deep understanding of mental health complexities.

Together, we’ll cultivate lasting change and empower you to embrace your best self.

What you can expect from me

My clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed by the weight of the world, anxious thoughts, or a persistent sadness. In our sessions, you’ll find a compassionate and dedicated ally cheering you on as you work toward your wellness goals. Together, we’ll explore your feelings, identify your strengths, and develop effective coping strategies to help you regain a sense of balance and fulfillment.
