Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker based in south Florida. I received my bachelors degree in psychology, and a masters degree in social work. I have over 5 years of experience working with vulnerable populations. My expertise extends to young adults facing daily challenges including relationship issues, peer dynamics, and coping skills. I welcome a warm and non-judgmental environment.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a compassionate approach that helps foster resilience and empowers those I work with. I also emphasize the development of effective communication skills, problem solving strategies, and helping clients navigate day-to-day stressors, including their academic and personal lives. My approach to therapy is also to highlight a holistic and client centered approach. I prioritize key elements such as empathy and active listening, while utilizing both strength and evidenced-based practices.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I will focus on building rapport and understanding the clients specific needs. Clients can also expect a warm, welcoming and supportive environment. I will explain the sessions structure including confidentiality and the therapeutic approach process. I will also complete a bio-psychosocial and collaborate with the client to identify and set achievable goals.
