Great to meet you!

I’m a warm, understanding therapist who believes in getting to the root of what’s holding you back. I don’t just listen—I team up with you to help you grow, heal, and move forward with clarity. My approach is direct but always compassionate, creating a space where honesty and progress go hand in hand. I specialize in working with older teens, high school and college students, and young adults navigating life transitions, identity struggles, and the many challenges that come with growing into yourself. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of your next step, we’ll work together to create lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is all about honesty, reflection, and support. I’ll ask the hard questions and challenge you to look inward—but always with care and compassion. I believe the answers already live within you, and my role is to help you uncover them. I won’t tell you what you should do or need to do—that’s not my job. Instead, I’ll walk alongside you, offering guidance and encouragement as you find clarity and make empowered choices that are truly your own.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about you—your space, your pace. It’s a chance for me to start getting to know you, and for you to begin deciding if I’m the right fit for you. Building trust takes time, and there’s no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with. You’re welcome to talk about whatever feels most important or just take some time to settle in. However much you choose to share, know that it will be met with openness, understanding, and absolutely no judgment.
