Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing telehealth therapy for adults, pre-teens, and teens. I create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and supported as we work through life’s challenges together.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and client-centered, using evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Strengths-Based techniques.Whether you’re managing stress, navigating relationships, or addressing behavioral concerns, I tailor each session to your unique needs so you can build confidence and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain from it.I’ll ask a few background questions to better understand your experiences, strengths, and goals, but there’s no pressure. You can share at your own pace. Together we’ll identify your immediate concerns and begin outlining a plan that feels realistic and supportive. My aim is to create a calm, welcoming space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to start your path toward positive change.
