Great to meet you!

I'm a therapist who believes that understanding where your patterns come from is only the beginning-learning how to change them is where the real work happens. My professional background is a combination of working with justice involved youth & families, crisis intervention, people experiencing homelessness, and individuals struggling with addictions, codependency, people-pleasing, boundaries, schizophrenia, and mood disorders. I have both bachelors and masters in social work and I am a licensed clinical social worker.

My approach to therapy

My approach is direct, conversational, reflective, and solution-focused, with a little humor when appropriate. Together, we’ll look beyond what’s happening on the surface and explore how past experiences, learned behaviors, and patterns may be influencing the choices you’re making today. We’ll identify what’s working, what isn’t, and what realistic next steps can help you move forward.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know you, your story, what brought you to therapy and where you want to go. Together, we'll formulate realistic goals and practical next steps in a safe, judgement-free space at a space that feels comfortable for you.
