Great to meet you!

Have you experienced something traumatic, stressful or life-altering? Do you feel unfulfilled, overwhelmed, or hopeless? Are your thoughts negative & cruel? Do your emotions seem uncontrollable? Do you struggle to connect to others, or find joy in things you once loved? I have 12+ yrs of experience helping adults who are facing life's challenges, & we can work together to help you take your power back using simple tools & techniques. You’re not alone, & I believe change is within your reach.

My approach to therapy

I’ve helped adults facing life’s challenges for over a decade, & it's my goal to not only educate you about how trauma/stress can effect your brain & body, but also teach you evidence-based tools that you can use discreetly & confidently anytime you need to. Trauma doesn't have to define you, but you also don't need to handle it alone. I'd love to be part of your healing journey.

What you can expect from me

During sessions with me, you can expect to feel heard, seen, validated, empowered, and challenged. There may be laughter and there may be some tears during our time working together, but you will also feel SAFE to push yourself towards positive changes, new perspectives, and overall growth.
