Great to meet you!

I offer therapy for people seeking to take responsibility for the change they need in their life. I have a wealth of knowledge from working 9 years with high risk individuals, families, and communities. Over the years, I have learned that my strengths are relating to others on an equal playing field and offering straight forward feedback with compassion. I believe that I should be working myself out of a job and that you should see results in your life, not just for the day.

My approach to therapy

I offer Cognitive Behavioral based therapy grounded in Polyvagal theory. One of the most prevalent disruptions to our connection with ourselves, our loved ones and our communities is our over-active “fight-or-flight” response. Strengthening the lesser known nervous system state-our Ventral Vagal nervous system fosters a sense of safety within ourselves and within our relationships that enhances our availability for connection and engages us in more effective forms of coping with stress.

What you can expect from me

I hope me clients take away the ability to offer themselves compassion as they take risks in learning and growing and are then able to offer that to others. My greater goal for our world is to offer people the tools to connect and generate progress towards our shared goals as communities.
