Great to meet you!

I’m Britney, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Sanctum & Soul. I believe healing happens when the whole person is seen: body, mind, and spirit. My care is trauma-informed, culturally humble, and built for people who have too often felt unseen or misunderstood in traditional mental health settings.

Years of nursing taught me how much people carry beyond a diagnosis, and how much safety, dignity, and being listened to matter for healing. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing at Jefferson University and am completing a fellowship at the Integrative Psychiatry Institute, which deepens my training in whole-person approaches to mental health.

My approach to therapy

My practice combines evidence-based psychiatric care with an integrative lens. My areas of focus include:

  • Trauma and its effects on the nervous system
  • Somatic and body-based approaches to healing
  • Herbal and holistic medicine alongside conventional treatment
  • Spiritual wellbeing, welcomed on your terms

What you can expect from me

With me, you’re a partner in your care, not a chart. I’ll take time to understand your story, your culture, and what healing means to you, and we’ll build a plan that honors all of it.

Body held. Mind witnessed. Spirit welcomed.
