Great to meet you!

I’m the kind of therapist who shows up as a real person first. I’m warm, honest, and deeply committed to helping you feel safe enough to be yourself. I have experience working with people navigating stress, relationship challenges, emotional ups and downs, and life transitions. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and genuinely supported.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel like a conversation, not an interrogation. I’m supportive but also gently honest.I’ll sit with you in the hard moments while also helping you grow through them. I use practical tools to help you manage emotions and patterns, but we also go deeper so you can understand the “why” behind what you’re feeling. We’ll move at your pace, in a way that feels both safe and meaningful.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is really about getting comfortable. You don’t have to have the “right” words or a perfect story.I’ll meet you wherever you are. We’ll talk about what’s been going on, what you need, and what you’re hoping therapy can look like for you. Most people leave feeling a sense of relief, like they can finally exhale a little.
