Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC0011731 Georgia) and National Certified Counselor. I am currently accepting clients ages 5 and up for telehealth or in-person sessions. I treat a variety of mental health issues with an integrative approach.

My approach to therapy

I use an integrative counseling approach encompassing Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Heart Rate Variability Biofeedback, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an effective eye movement therapy developed from EMDR. I also utilize sandtray therapy and play therapy techniques as well as RO-DBT, ACT, and IFS. I work with clients facing women’s health challenges (fertility, pregnancy, postpartum), pediatric and adolescent mental health struggles, relationship difficulties, addiction, anger, and chronic illness who are ready to break free from overwhelm and build resilience. With a brain-based, integrative approach, I help clients create balance, strengthen relationships, and live with clarity, confidence, and peace—mind and body.

What you can expect from me

I utilize a variety of therapies tailored to her clients' needs to help balance the mind and body. Let’s find a solution that works for you and helps you reach your goals. I would consider my style to be direct yet warm, holistic, and solution-focused. Call today to schedule your free consultation and let’s talk about your goals.
