Great to meet you!

I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in various social work settings. Currently, I work with individuals who have a history of trauma, depression, anxiety, difficulty adjusting to work and home-life settings, suicidal ideations, and relationship stressors. I also work with youth preparing for their transition into adulthood.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed methods such as EMDR, along with some creativity to help meet your therapeutic needs. My goal is to empower you, foster healing, and help you build a fulfilling life. I am here to hold a safe space while we navigate life’s complexities together.

What you can expect from our first session

I offer support to those going through many of life’s experiences by providing a confidential and safe space while helping individuals reach their therapeutic goals. This includes celebrating parts of life while sorting through the mess that life can feel like. We can sort through it together.
