Great to meet you!

If anxiety is keeping you up at night, you’re snapping at people you love, your mood is all over the place, and you’re so overwhelmed you can barely keep up with your life...I got you.

Hi, I’m Britt Ritchie, a doctorate-prepared psychiatric nurse practitioner specializing in anxiety and mood disorders in women. I’ve spent more than a decade working across many settings including clinics, hospitals, TMS, and even as an Assistant Professor at the University of Colorado.

Basically, I’ve seen it all. You’re in experienced hands, and I’m here to help.

My approach to therapy

I’m thorough, because it breaks my heart when I meet someone who’s spent years being treated for the wrong thing. I want to get it right, and get you feeling better as quickly as possible.

I’ll ask a lot of questions, connect the dots, and look at the bigger picture before we decide how to move forward. From there, we may use medication, supplements, therapy, or a mix of all three based on what you need and what you’re actually comfortable with.

What you can expect from me

Your first appointment is thorough; there’s paperwork, I’m going to ask a lot of questions, and we’re going to leave no stone unturned. But by the end, you’ll have a much better understanding of what’s going on and a clear plan for where we start and are headed.

We’ll talk through your options together and decide what feels right for you. My goal is simple: use the fewest tools necessary to not only get you back, but feeling better than ever.
