Great to meet you!

I have a Ph.D. in clinical psychology and have been licensed since 2012. Over the years, I've been honored to engage in the therapeutic process with adults seeking change for a variety of concerns. Though I have specialization in stress and trauma, I also have expertise in many areas including women's issues, coping difficulties, and health concerns. It never ceases to amaze me what's possible when we work together.

I also have the Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT) in member states granted by the PsyPACT Commission. My mobility number is 22146. More Information regarding PsyPACT and its requirements can be found at www.psypact.org. Insurance benefits may not apply.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy as a collaborative and empowering process. Together we'll design a unique treatment plan to help you achieve your goals. We will communicate openly to find the balance of when to push through challenge or when to adapt and change course. If you’re seeking real change, feel ready to expand your comfort zone, and want to feel more in control of your life, please reach out!

What you can expect from me

In the initial session, we'll begin to get to know one another and form an effective working relationship in service of your personal goals. I'll bring my extensive training in evidence-based practice and experience helping people from many walks of life. You'll bring your goals and concerns, as well as your knowledge, perspectives, and preferences. We'll agree on any assessments that may be helpful and develop a preliminary treatment plan.
