Dr. Brittain Lamoureux

I have a Ph.D. in clinical psychology and have been licensed since 2012. Over the years, I've been honored to work with adults seeking change for a variety of concerns. Though I have specialization in stress and trauma, I also have expertise in many areas including coping difficulties, health concerns, and women's issues. It never ceases to amaze me what's possible when we work together.

I approach therapy as a collaborative and empowering process. Together we'll design a unique treatment plan to help you achieve your goals. In the initial session, we'll begin to get to know one another and figure out how we can best work together to accomplish your goals. I'll bring my extensive training in evidence-based practice and experience helping people from many walks of life. You'll bring your concerns, as well as your personal knowledge, perspectives, and preferences. We'll agree on any assessments that may be helpful and develop a preliminary treatment plan.
