A bit about my approach to therapy

I work with clients to address depression, anxiety, trauma and life stressors. I also have experience working with individuals who suffer from chronic illnesses ultimately affecting their mental and/or behavioral health.

What you can expect from our first session

Caring about your mental health is the first step to learning to cope and ultimately begin the healing process. Often time than not, we tend to put our mental health needs on pause dealing with our day to day lives. You are able to heal from past and/or current circumstance leading to a healthier overall quality of life. Taking the first step is often the most difficult. I encourage you to put yourself first and begin the process of healing.
