Great to meet you!
I work with adults who've often tried therapy before and felt like something was still missing like the pieces weren't quite connecting. That's usually because they weren't. Anxiety that's also about the body. ADHD that's also about how you've learned to see yourself. A complicated relationship with food that's also about control, safety, and everything that happened before the food was even the issue.
My job is to hold all of it not just the part that fits neatly into a diagnosis.
I specialize in OCD, ADHD, and eating concerns, particularly where those things overlap and show up together in ways that have been hard to name. I work best with people who are curious about themselves, even when that curiosity feels exhausting. Who want to understand the why, not just manage the symptoms. Who are ready to do real work but need a therapist who can actually keep up with how their brain moves.
I'm direct, I'm warm, and I won't pretend to have a neat answer when the picture is genuinely complex. What I will do is stay curious with you until we find the thread that actually makes sense.
If any of that resonates I'd love to connect.
