Great to meet you!

Now, more than ever, having a space to process life is essential. Life can be challenging, especially if you wish to stand confidently in who you are; free of rigid social ideals or limiting environments. My goal is to provide a safe, judgement-free space to do the work. I offer to stand beside you as we process and uncover, discover, resolve, find healing and explore what it looks like to be you, whole and authentically you.

My approach to therapy

I am here for all things gender, sexuality and sex therapy. I wholeheartedly welcome LGBTQIA folx, gender variant folx, kink communities, those in non-monogamous relationship and everyone else in between, outside or beyond :-). Please contact me by email.

What you can expect from me

I am here to offer the support and guidance to identify and resolve those unmanageable life things getting in the way. I know life can feel strange and twisty at times. I know seeking counseling can be a challenge. I’m glad you’ve landed here. Let’s get started!
