A bit about my approach to therapy

Brittani prides herself on being a strength-based therapist helping individuals to recognize their own strengths and different perspectives to their experiences. Brittani is also solution-focused and believes in supporting the individuals she works with identify realistic solutions.

What you can expect from our first session

When first meeting with Brittani the first session will focus on gathering information and creating 'big picture' goals and expectations of therapy. The following sessions will focus on creating smaller goals that contribute to the overall 'big picture' therapy goals, discussing any hardships, barriers, and wins in achieving these weekly goals. Together Brittani and the individual she works with will assess the progress of therapy.
