Great to meet you!

Providing Medication Management only, currently not accepting patients for therapy

I am a Colorado native with over a decade of diverse nursing experience. I began my career in the emergency department, where I developed a strong foundation in managing crises and acute mental health care. I later worked in hospice, where I had the privilege of supporting patients and families through complex psychiatric, emotional, and psychosocial experiences. These roles helped shape my compassionate, whole-person approach to care.

I earned my Master of Science in Nursing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, where I completed much of my clinical training within the Department of Psychiatry. My training included emergency and outpatient settings, as well as focused experience in neuropsychiatry and psychotherapy.

My approach to therapy

I bring a therapeutic and holistic approach to all aspects of care. I integrate medication management into individualized treatment plans and work collaboratively with therapists and other providers to ensure coordinated, comprehensive support.

I believe that mental health influences the entire patient experience and is best supported through communication, trust, and evidence-based care. My approach emphasizes patient autonomy, collaboration, and a compassionate partnership to support each person’s overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a supportive and collaborative environment where we take time to understand your experiences, concerns, and goals. I will gather a thorough history and work with you to explore what has and hasn’t been helpful in the past.

Together, we will begin to build a personalized treatment plan that may include medication options and coordination with therapy or other supports. My goal is for you to feel heard, respected, and actively involved in your care from the very beginning.
