Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) who believes everyone has strengths to draw on, even when life feels overwhelming. I support clients who are exploring their identity, healing from past experiences, navigating transitions, or feeling weighed down by expectations. As a former collegiate athlete, I’m especially passionate about working with athletes on mental performance, identity, and the transition to life beyond sports. My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where you feel understood, build confidence in yourself, and feel empowered to grow.

My approach to therapy

My approach is genuine, collaborative, and strengths-based. I tailor therapy to your individual needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all model, drawing from evidence-based practices to help you create meaningful and lasting change. I also bring warmth and humor into the process when it feels natural. Together, we’ll explore your experiences with curiosity, build on the strengths you already possess, and help you feel more connected to your authentic self and the relationships that matter most.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin exploring what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about what you’ve been experiencing, what feels most important to you, and what you hope to gain from our work together. You’re welcome to share at your own pace—there is no pressure to have everything figured out or tell your whole story at once. As we continue, we’ll work together to develop new insights, practical tools for managing emotions and stress, and strategies for creating healthier relationships. My hope is that you leave each session feeling understood, empowered, and more confident in navigating your daily life.
