Great to meet you!

I believe healing begins with meaningful connection. My work with cancer patients and their families has deeply shaped my understanding of pain, loss, resilience, and the complexities that relationships face during times of crisis. I support adults of all ages in navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, loneliness, grief, and relationship concerns, offering both compassionate guidance and practical, effective tools for growth and healing.

My approach to therapy

One of the keys to successful therapy is by building a therapeutic relationship based on empathy, respect and authenticity. I approach this by offering a warm and safe environment to foster a therapeutic relationship built on mutual trust and understanding.

What you can expect from me

In our first few sessions, you can expect to feel understood and supported, and to leave with a clear plan for addressing the issues you're facing. We will work together to come up with goals that are most important to you and will constantly evaluate and make changes to your treatment plan, as necessary.
