Great to meet you!

My name is Brittany, and I’m a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a passion for helping individuals navigate the complex intersections of trauma, relationships, identity, and emotional regulation. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, safe, and empowered to reconnect with yourself—especially when life feels overwhelming, unclear, or disconnected.

My approach to therapy

I offer a trauma-informed, person-centered approach that creates a safe, supportive space for healing and self-discovery. I work primarily with individuals and teens who are navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship stress, identity exploration, or life transitions. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking for a space to process, I meet you where you are—with warmth, curiosity, and respect for your lived experience.

I believe that therapy is not about "fixing" you—it's about helping you reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been silenced, wounded, or overwhelmed. Together, we explore the patterns and experiences that shape your current challenges and build the insight, skills, and self-compassion needed to move forward.

What you can expect from me

In session, I bring a grounded, relational style that blends practical tools with deep emotional work. I’ll collaborate with you to identify goals and tailor the process to fit your needs—whether that’s learning how to manage anxiety, process trauma, build healthier boundaries, or better understand yourself.

I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which I offer when appropriate as a powerful tool for processing trauma, shifting core beliefs, and reducing emotional reactivity. For clients who feel stuck in past experiences or patterns that seem hard to break, EMDR can offer meaningful relief.
