Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I understand how our relationships, experiences, and life circumstances can influence our emotional well-being. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel comfortable sharing your story, exploring challenges, and discovering new possibilities for growth.

My goal is to create a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where we can work together to better understand your needs, recognize your strengths, and help you move toward meaningful, positive change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is most meaningful when it is collaborative and centered around your unique experiences, needs, and goals. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I value understanding you as an individual and exploring the relationships, emotions, and experiences that shape your life.

Together, we can identify patterns that may be contributing to your challenges, develop greater self-awareness, and explore practical strategies to support your emotional well-being. My goal is to help you feel empowered as you navigate challenges and work toward lasting growth.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a foundation of trust. We will discuss what brings you to therapy, the challenges you are currently experiencing, and what you hope to accomplish through our work together.

You will have the opportunity to ask questions, share your concerns, and discuss your goals at a pace that feels comfortable. Together, we can begin identifying priorities and developing a direction for therapy that aligns with your individual needs.
