Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with nearly four years of experience working with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, and trauma. My practice is built around creating a safe, affirming space where you can feel heard and understood. I’m also in the process of specializing in sex counseling, so I can better support individuals exploring intimacy and connection. I’m passionate about helping people reclaim their personal narratives and build the emotional resilience needed to move forward in life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is humanistic and client-centered, where I work collaboratively with you to explore your experiences and the impact they have on your life. I focus on empowering you to take control of your own story and move toward healing, particularly when dealing with depression, anxiety, and trauma. I create a non-judgmental and supportive environment, where you can openly share the most difficult parts of your journey. I also integrate humor when it feels appropriate, ensuring therapy is both comfortable and effective.

What you can expect from me

From sessions with me, clients can expect to gain greater insight into themselves and develop practical tools for managing their emotions and challenges. My goal is to help you build trust in yourself and your ability to create meaningful change, especially when confronting difficult past experiences. Over time, you’ll develop healthier coping strategies, feel more grounded, and experience greater empowerment in your daily life. Together, we’ll work to shift negative patterns and build a future that feels more aligned with your values and goals.
