Great to meet you!

Working with me means having a space where you feel supported, understood, and genuinely cared for. As someone who is neurodiverse myself, I bring both personal insight and professional expertise to my work, specializing in supporting clients with ADHD and Autism. My goal is for you to feel like a true partner in this process—free to bring any topic that matters to you. Together, we’ll navigate challenges with compassion and encouragement, and I’ll be right there celebrating your progress and wins, big or small. With a client-centered approach and a deep commitment to your well-being, I strive to create an environment where growth, healing, and positive change can truly take root.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and a genuine respect for each person’s unique journey. I believe that healing begins in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space, and I work to create an environment where you can feel truly heard and understood.

In our work together, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help you build practical coping skills, manage emotions, and shift unhelpful patterns of thinking or behavior. I also incorporate Narrative Therapy, which allows us to explore and reshape the stories you tell about yourself, and psychoeducation, which can give you the knowledge and tools needed to better understand your experiences. In addition, I use solution-focused techniques to help you identify your strengths and move toward meaningful, realistic goals.

I view therapy as a collaborative process where we work together to uncover your inner resilience, gain new perspectives, and find strategies that truly fit your life. My goal is not only to help you navigate challenges but also to support you in creating lasting change and a stronger sense of well-being.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, my goal is to help you walk away feeling empowered, with practical tools, actionable goals, and strategies you can use to tackle life’s challenges. I also work with clients to deepen their understanding of their diagnoses and explore ways to not just manage, but truly thrive—adjusting approaches to everyday activities and situations in ways that support growth and well-being. I strive to create a space where you feel fully heard and supported, so that after our sessions, you not only feel unburdened, but motivated and confident to make meaningful changes that enhance your overall quality of life.
