Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Brittany, and I am a License Marriage and Family Therapist. I received a bachelor's degree in psychology and a bachelor's degree in Spanish at Seattle University. I then received a master's degree in marriage and family therapy at Chapman University. I have experience working with adults, adolescents, families, and couples. I am passionate about supporting others in creating lives that match their values and goals. Some of my favorite activities are traveling, reading, cats, animals, crocheting, music, and going on walks.

My approach to therapy

My approach combines empathy, compassion, and genuine care with direct and therapeutic feedback. I want you to feel supported and comfortable while also being challenged in meaningful ways that foster personal growth. My goal is to help you feel deeply cared for while keeping your values, goals, and progress at the center of our work together.

What you can expect from me

Together, we will explore the stories and beliefs that have been shaped by your life experiences and the ways they influence how you see yourself, navigate challenges, and relate to others. I will sit with you and support you through the difficult emotions that arise while exploring these topics. Then, using what we’ve learned, I will help you shift the way you interact with yourself and others.
