Great to meet you!

You don't have to have everything figured out before reaching out. Sometimes the bravest thing you can do is simply decide you're ready to try. I know that the hardest step in seeking help can be finding the energy to sign up, admitting you're ready for change, or allowing yourself to be vulnerable. Change is difficult, but it's also the one constant we can count on. Whether you're struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, infertility, women's issues, or something that feels impossible to put into words, your experience matters. Nothing is too small or too overwhelming to deserve support because you're the one living it every day and you don't have to carry it alone.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a collaborative process built on honesty, curiosity, and compassion. My role is to help guide, support, challenge, and process life's experiences alongside you while creating a space where you feel heard without judgment. I believe failure isn't something to fear—it's often where our greatest learning and growth begin. Together, we'll identify practical coping skills while exploring the deeper patterns that keep you feeling stuck. You don't have to have the "right" words or tell your story perfectly; you just have to be willing to show up. It's okay if conversations jump from one topic to another, what matters most is your openness to the process.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about getting to know you and creating a foundation for the work ahead. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, review your background, discuss how our sessions will work, and begin identifying your goals. I often describe therapy as putting together a puzzle: right now, it may feel like the pieces of your life are scattered across the floor. Together, we'll work to rebuild that picture, using healthy coping skills as the invisible tape that helps hold the pieces together. It may not look exactly the way it once did and that's okay. Healing isn't about returning to who you were; it's about creating a life that feels meaningful, resilient, and authentically yours.
