Great to meet you!

Hello! I am an LISW with 10+ years experience working with client's of different age, gender, race and backgrounds. In my early career, I worked with children providing therapy in the school setting. I now primarily work with adults and teens virtually. When not working, I love spending time with my family, reading, good coffee, trying new foods, working out and being outside.

My approach to therapy

I prefer to take a solution focused and strengths based approach to therapy. I utilize humor and real life examples as a way to engage and connect with my clients. My expertise includes depression, anxiety, postpartum depression and/or anxiety, improving self confidence, managing stress, regulating emotions and working toward change. I hope to make all of my client's comfortable in a world that is continually shifting and challenging.

What you can expect from me

In therapy, we will work together to identify short/long term goals, find and harness positive qualities and work on ways to make life better as a whole.
