I don’t require a complete account of your life's journey. I'll focus on what matters most to you right now- partnering with you to practice change as you work toward the life you envision going forward.
Life experiences I provide therapy for include: navigating relationship challenges of any kind (family, friend, co-parent, co-workers); exploring how to support loved ones facing mental health or addiction concerns; contemplating decisions; and- what lights me up the most - exploring how to create a more meaningful life grounded in communication, choice, and self-care.
