Great to meet you!

I help adults from all backgrounds who feel stuck in painful patterns with self-sabotage, drugs and alcohol, damaged relationships, or broken records of negative thoughts. I have specialized experience with recovery and LGBTQ communities. I offer a trauma-informed approach and years of experience working with acute co-occurring disorders. My therapeutic style blends presence, curiosity, and empathy with a willingness to gently challenge you, earning your trust and encouraging you to step outside your comfort zones and engage with difficult emotions in the secure space of therapy.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Britt flexibly and intentionally incorporates narrative, existential, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) & Internal Family Systems (IFS) techniques and skills development to help her clients reach their self-defined goals. Britt uses an intersectional framework to understand and collaboratively address challenges and strengths unique to each client.
