Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am passionate about empowering you. I use my education in art therapy, counseling, and yoga to help you learn to trust yourself. You will be invited to explore your needs and I will help you release your doubts, reduce anxiety, and manage your stress.

My approach to therapy

I use a gentle approach to counseling. I use holistic methods, encouraging the use of nature, art, and mindfulness to reach your goals. I will never force you to discuss a certain topic or do a specific task. I strive to keep a safe and comfortable space so that you can become the person you want to be.

What you can expect from me

You will be listened to and respected. We will work together to cultivate the therapeutic space that supports you. Following the first session, you will walk away with clear goals and a therapeutic plan. Learn more about my practice at www.b3yogaandwellnesscenter.com.
