Great to meet you!

A lot of people who find their way to me have spent years in a world that wasn't quite built for the way their brain works, and they're still figuring out what that means. I'm Brittany, a Neurodiversity affirming Licensed Clinical Social Worker working with adolescents, adults, and seniors. I specialize in supporting Autistic teens and adults, including those who received their diagnosis later in life, alongside people navigating anxiety, OCD, trauma, ADD/ADHD, and relationship challenges. Clients often tell me I'm the first therapist who has really understood them.

My approach to therapy

Our work is direct and intuitive. We don't just focus on managing symptoms. We look at the fuller picture of who you are, how your mind works, and what you actually want your life to feel like, including the places that are a little uncomfortable to look at. I work with individuals and couples and bring honest, structured support to both. This tends to work best for people who have felt misunderstood before, who are processing a new diagnosis, or who are figuring out what neurodiversity means in their day to day life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other and understand what's bringing you in. I'll want to hear about what's been most challenging, what you're hoping will be different, and what's already working well for you. I'm direct and tend to get to the important parts quickly, so don't be surprised if we cover real ground in the first conversation.
