Great to meet you!

I work with adults and young adults dealing with anxiety, panic attacks, low mood, high pressure, career changes, lack of motivation, emotional dysregulation, and major life transitions. If you feel stuck in negative thinking, unsure of your purpose, struggling with confidence, or having a hard time managing stress and boundaries, I help clients make sense of what is happening and start moving forward. Many of my clients come in feeling overwhelmed by change and frustrated with how hard it has become to stay steady.

I connect with individuals facing challenges in emotional regulation, depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, self-harm, and criminal justice involvement. Collaboratively we will set goals and learn skills to manage and/or reduce symptoms.

My approach to therapy

I have specialized knowledge and experience working with clients who have criminal justice involvement or legal concerns; I have two master's degrees with a focus in forensics. Moreover, I help clients stabilize and address symptoms of mood disorders, personality disorders, anxiety, and trauma, often incorporating psycho-education and practice assignments.

As a compassionate and solution-focused therapist, I work with adults and adolescents, helping them develop skills and find purpose to improve their quality of life.

I provide evidence-based, client-centered care in a safe and non-judgmental space. Using validation and active listening, I guide clients toward wellness.

What you can expect from me

I focus on building a strong, trusting relationship where you feel safe and motivated to make positive changes. I'll also explain therapy expectations, confidentiality, and its limits. Collaboratively we will identify treatment goals.
