Great to meet you!

If you're a parent worried about your child, or a young person trying to keep it together — I see you, and I'm here to help.

Maybe your child is melting down in ways you can't explain. Maybe your teen is shutting down, struggling at school, or carrying something heavy that nobody's been able to name yet. Maybe you've tried to get help before and it didn't quite fit. Whatever brought you here, you're not overreacting — and you don't have to keep navigating this alone.

My approach to therapy

I'm a psychiatric provider specializing in care for children, teens, and young adults with ADHD, autism, trauma, mood disorders, and anxiety. I offer thoughtful medication management and collaborative treatment planning — which means we're always working with you, not just prescribing at you. Your child's full story matters here, not just their symptoms.

What you can expect from me

What makes my approach different: I blend evidence-based psychiatry with a genuine focus on empowerment and wellness. I don't just ask "what's wrong?" — I ask "what's getting in the way, and what do you already have going for you?" Whether the goal is better focus, steadier moods, less overwhelm, or simply more hope, we'll build a path that fits your family's real life.

This work is practical. You'll leave sessions with more than just a medication update — you'll leave with clarity, tools, and a sense that someone actually gets it.

Reaching out can feel like a big step. But the right support changes everything. I'd love to be part of your family's story.
