Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Brittany, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with over 7 years of experience helping people navigate difficult seasons of life and work toward meaningful change.

Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, mood concerns, trauma, relationships, substance use, or challenges involving your child/adolescent, you deserve a space where you feel heard, understood, and accepted without judgment.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families in a variety of settings, including inpatient and outpatient care, detox, residential treatment, K–12 schools, medical school, and community mental health. These experiences have helped me develop an understanding that every person’s story is different—and that therapy should be tailored to you and what you need.

With training in EMDR and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), you can receive support in working through trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and other experiences that may be affecting your life today. It may also be helpful to know that my experience also includes working with clients with autism spectrum disorder, substance use and co-occurring disorders, mood disorders, and a variety of child and adolescent concerns.

Most importantly, you don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. You can come exactly as you are. Together, we can work toward understanding what you’re experiencing, building on your strengths, and finding strategies that help you feel more like yourself again.
