Great to meet you!

I am passionate about providing the latest evidence-based and trauma-informed interventions, education, skills and empowerment through learning to truly value yourself and teaching others to do the same. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing emotional and/or narcissistic dysfunction and abuse, addiction (or living with someone who is addicted), and those who have or are surviving interpersonal and intimate-partner violence of any kind.

My approach to therapy

I utilize the latest evidence based treatments, including EMDR, attachment-focused interventions, Acudetox and principles of nervous system regulation to aid healing the whole person. I firmly believe that a space co-created with curiosity and a firm belief in your value and power will be healing and allow for authentic self exploration and problem solving.

What you can expect from me

If you're ready to understand yourself and those around you better, to make changes in your relationships that vastly improve your quality of life and reclaim power you thought lost or non-existent, reach out to me today and we will help you find and secure the safety and potential you have been longing for.
