Great to meet you!

You don’t have to navigate anxiety, depression, or difficult seasons of life on your own. Our work will create space to better understand what you’re experiencing while also considering how relationships, family dynamics, loss, identity, past experiences, and other life stressors may be connected to what you’re going through. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by persistent worry or sadness, working through relationship or family challenges, processing grief, or trying to make sense of experiences that have affected how you see yourself, we’ll work together to build greater understanding, emotional balance, and a stronger sense of direction.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in meeting you where you are. I believe therapy should be a space where you can be honest about what you’re experiencing without feeling judged or pressured to have everything figured out. We’ll work together to understand patterns that may be contributing to distress, build on your existing strengths, and identify meaningful steps toward the changes you want to make. My goal is to support you in developing greater awareness, self-compassion, and practical tools that can continue to serve you beyond our sessions.

What you can expect from me

Our work will be tailored to your needs rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach. I may use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you recognize and shift patterns of thoughts and behaviors that contribute to distress, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy to develop greater awareness of thoughts and emotions without becoming overwhelmed by them, Humanistic Therapy to create space for self-understanding, authenticity, and personal growth, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy to identify strengths and practical steps that can help you move toward the life you want. Our sessions will remain collaborative and flexible, with the goal of helping you feel more understood, supported, and equipped to move forward.
