Great to meet you!

Hi there! I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 9 years of experience in a variety of settings. I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing perinatal mental health concerns, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, and relationship challenges that often arise during major life transitions. I prioritize creating a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. I communicate clearly and directly while offering a steady, compassionate presence that invites reflection and growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and insight-oriented, grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I combine active listening with thoughtful observations and practical, evidence-based strategies to help you better understand patterns, manage emotional stress, and create meaningful, sustainable change.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is a collaborative process. I work alongside you to clarify goals that feel realistic and aligned with your values, and to develop personalized strategies that respect your lived experience—whether you are adjusting to parenthood, managing health-related stress, or navigating a significant life change.

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you—what brings you in, what you’ve been carrying, and what you hope might feel different in your life. It’s completely normal for this initial conversation to bring up a range of emotions, from relief to uncertainty or even discomfort. You’re not expected to have everything figured out. My role is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can move at your own pace and begin to feel understood.
