Great to meet you!

My style with clients is down-to-earth, attentive, and empathetic. I work with individuals, couples, and families, and I strive to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, comfortable being yourself, and supported—sometimes with a little humor when it helps lighten heavy moments.

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a mother, and a fourth-year doctoral student. I bring both professional training and real-life perspective into the work, balancing warmth, curiosity, and thoughtful guidance to support meaningful growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach integrates CBT, Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, with faith-integrated therapy available for those who want spirituality included in their healing.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about building connection and helping you feel comfortable. We’ll spend time getting to know your story, current challenges, and what you’re hoping for, without pressure to have everything figured out. I focus on creating a warm, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and at ease. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals and focus areas, so you leave feeling supported and grounded in what comes next.
