I am so happy you’re here! I can’t wait to apart of your journey. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Masters degree from The University of North Texas. I have lived in the north Texas area my whole life, and worked as a mental health counselor in settings including; public schools, residential treatment, and Child Advocacy Centers. I am trained and passionate in the treatment of ADHD, Depression, Adjustment Disorders, coping skills, school concerns, family conflict, LGBTQ+ issues, Attachment disorders, self esteem, life transitions, anger management, grief, complex trauma, sensory processing, and relationships. I enjoy working with children (5 and up), teenagers, and people of all ages.

My approach to therapy

Honoring the uniqueness and individual needs of her clients, I use various modalities. These Include, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma focused Therapy, Play/Art Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Person Centered Therapy. Most importantly, I lead with warmth and meet you where you are at.
