Great to meet you!

At this moment, try releasing your shoulders from your ears, unclenching your jaw, and removing your tongue from the roof of your mouth. We tend to hold onto stress in the least noticeable ways and subtle changes can help bring awareness to our stress patterns. When working with me, you can expect a safe, non-judgmental space to help you discover what gets in the way of positive change and increase a deeper connection to yourself.

My approach to therapy

I have extensive experience working with adults struggling with self-exploration, identity, trauma, relationship or work concerns, addiction, or the general stress of everyday life. I welcome all sexual and gender identities and make LGBTQ+ affirming space a priority. I practice an integrated therapeutic approach utilizing evidenced-based methods informed by neuropsychology and somatic interventions, EMDR, CBT, Gottman method, and Mindfulness.

What you can expect from me

In our initial appointment, we will dive into your history and explore what brings you to therapy. I will make a recommendation for type of therapy, frequency, and duration. It takes tremendous courage to begin this process, and I'm so glad you are here. Reach out today for a complimentary consultation and let's get started. "We don't have to do all of it alone. We were never meant to." -Brené Brown.
