Great to meet you!

I’m a dual-licensed psychotherapist (LMHC, LCAT) providing online therapy to adults across New York State.

My work integrates trauma-informed care with evidence-based methods including CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS-informed approaches, and psychodynamic therapy.

I work with adults who appear composed externally yet feel overwhelmed, anxious, burned out, or relationally stuck beneath the surface. Many of my clients are thoughtful, high-functioning individuals navigating demanding professional or personal roles who notice patterns they’re ready to understand and shift.

My style is warm, attuned, and thoughtfully direct. I value depth, clarity, and accountability. Our work focuses on strengthening emotional regulation, deepening insight, and refining relational patterns in ways that support sustainable, meaningful change.

If you’re seeking focused, depth-oriented therapy and are ready to engage thoughtfully in this process, I look forward to the possibility of working together.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, depth-oriented, and carefully tailored to each individual. I integrate evidence-based strategies with exploration of the underlying experiences and internal dynamics that shape present patterns.

Together, we examine recurring relational themes, internal conflicts, and the pressures you carry, while also developing practical tools to strengthen emotional regulation, refine decision-making, and enhance the quality of your relationships. The goal is to bring greater alignment between your values, your choices, and the life you want to build.

I offer steadiness, perspective, and thoughtful challenge when appropriate. The work is intentional and paced with care, designed to support meaningful realignment and lasting psychological change.

What you can expect from me

In our initial session, we will discuss what brings you to therapy, explore relevant context, and begin identifying areas of meaningful focus. I ask thoughtful, direct questions to understand both your immediate concerns and the broader patterns shaping your experience.

There is no expectation to share everything at once. The aim is clarity — leaving with a sense of direction and a clear understanding of how we would approach the work should we decide to move forward together.
