Great to meet you!

I am passionate about this work because I deeply believe healing begins when people feel safe enough to be honest about what they have been carrying. Over the past seven years of my clinical practice, it has been a profound privilege to help individuals establish a secure, empowering baseline for their care. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Addiction Counselor, my practice is unique because I understand both mental health and substance-use concerns, knowing that coping does not happen in a vacuum. I work with adults who have experienced trauma and may be dealing with anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, relationship stress, substance-use concerns, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. I am committed to understanding the whole person—your history, stressors, strengths, relationships, and the very real ways you have tried to get through difficult experiences.

My approach to therapy

I believe that genuine emotional growth flourishes when we balance robust, evidence-based practices with a deeply authentic human connection. My therapeutic approach is warm, practical, trauma-informed, and collaborative. By drawing from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, EMDR, Somatic processing, and Emotion-Focused Therapy, I help clients slow down, make sense of what they are feeling, and identify unhelpful patterns. Rather than simply treating symptoms, we will work closely together to outline tangible goals that translate into meaningful progress. By blending these clinical tools with genuine empathy, my ultimate aim is to help you build realistic tools for coping, healing, and moving forward in your daily life.

What you can expect from me

In our first few sessions, we will focus on understanding what brought you to therapy, what has been hardest recently, and what you would like to change. We will work together to create goals that feel realistic and manageable.

My practice is unique because I understand both mental health and substance-use concerns, and I know that coping does not happen in a vacuum. I understand the whole person — your history, stressors, strengths, relationships, and the ways you have tried to get through difficult experiences.
