Great to meet you!

My primary focus has been supporting youth dealing with depression, anxiety, school difficulties, anger, and ADHD, but have experience working with suicidal and self harm ideation, trauma, and grief. In addition to youth, I have also worked with adults and families, from a variety cultures and economic status'.

My approach to therapy

I like to bring humor and sense of calm into the therapy room, where I treat you as the person who knows yourself or your child best, where you lead the way, and I provide support and collaborate with you to ensure your journey is both safe and effective! Same goes for working with youth, where they are the experts, but identifying how we can work as a team to include guardians or supports along the way.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to start with rapport building, which creates a foundation of trust and respect! Client's will feel comfortable sharing their thoughts, and feel like they're writing in their diary - feeling no judgement. But even better than a diary, getting feedback and someone to bounce idea's off of. Teen's often find therapy as a safe space to be themselves and share their true thoughts in our non-judgmental and empowering space.
