Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Brittany. I’m an LSCSW with more than 15 years of experience working across inpatient and outpatient therapy, behavioral medicine, crisis care, integrated healthcare, and medical education. I specialize in helping adults navigate anxiety, burnout, trauma, neurodiversity, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in both evidence-based therapy and whole-person wellness, helping clients better understand themselves while building healthier, more balanced lives.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel supportive, insightful, and authentic. I use a blend of CBT, ACT, mindfulness, attachment-focused therapy, and strengths-based approaches tailored to each client’s needs. My style is warm, conversational, and collaborative while still helping clients challenge patterns that may be keeping them stuck. enjoy helping teens and adults who feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from themselves, or unsure how to move forward.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other in a comfortable, judgment-free space. We’ll explore what’s been weighing on you, patterns you may be noticing, and what you hope to gain from therapy. I take an active, collaborative approach and often help clients connect the dots between their experiences, emotions, and symptoms so things begin to make more sense. My goal is for clients to leave feeling understood, supported, and with greater clarity and direction — not like they spent an hour talking without answers or a plan.
