Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor (LPC-S) in Texas with 11 years of experience in mental healthcare and the founder of Firecracker Ranch Counseling & Wellness, PLLC. I believe therapy should be a place where you can process and release painful experiences, understand patterns that keep you stuck, and build practical coping skills that help you feel more grounded in daily life. My style is supportive, direct, and nonjudgmental—I’ll meet you where you are while helping you move forward with clarity and confidence.

I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, late diagnosed ADHD, bipolar disorder, grief, stress, anger, self-esteem, career difficulties, life transitions and quarter life concerns, family conflict, LGBTQ+ related concerns, maternal mental health, PMDD, and PTSD/trauma recovery.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is best described as eclectic and holistic. Rather than relying on a single method, I integrate evidence-based techniques from multiple approaches to match each client’s needs, goals, and personality. In my experience, therapy is most effective when it supports the whole person because when one area of life is off, it often impacts everything else. My goal is to help you process and release what’s been weighing you down, strengthen coping skills, and move toward being the best version of yourself.

What you can expect from me

You’ll be welcomed into a warm, professional, and nonjudgmental space where you can speak openly and feel supported. In our first session, I’ll take time to understand what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, relevant background, and what you hope will be different as a result of counseling. Together, we’ll clarify your goals and create a plan that fits your needs and pace. In follow-up sessions, we’ll continue working toward those goals while also making room for anything that comes up between appointments that feels important to process.
