Great to meet you!

As a Black millennial woman, mother, and holistic therapist, I bring warmth, cultural compassion, and curiosity to my work. I especially enjoy supporting Black and Brown women navigating anxiety, motherhood, relationship challenges, and the pressure (both consciously & unconsciously) faced.

I welcome your full humanity (like no judgement sis), including your culture, humor, spirituality, and lived experiences. Together, we’ll explore what being well means for you and build toward a life that feels more grounded and fulfilling.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic, collaborative, and culturally responsive. We’ll explore the connection between your thoughts, emotions, body, relationships, and environment, while making space for how identity, family expectations, and lived experiences shape your well-being.

I bring compassion, thoughtful questions, and gentle challenges to our conversations. Together, we’ll deepen your understanding of yourself and develop practical tools you can use in everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to get acquainted and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. You can arrive exactly as you are, whether you have a clear goal or simply know you need support. We’ll move at a pace that feels manageable, and you can choose how much you’re ready to share.

We’ll discuss your current concerns, relevant history, relationships, sources of support, and what you hope will change. I’ll explain confidentiality and how we can work together, with space for your questions and preferences.

By the end, we’ll begin identifying priorities and a direction for your care. My intention is for you to leave feeling heard, respected, and clearer about your next steps.
