Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Brittany! I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Family Life Educator based in Richmond, TX. I specialize in helping women navigate complex family systems, heal from relational trauma, and do the deeply personal work of figuring out who they are outside of the roles they were handed. Come unfiltered.

My approach to therapy

My style is relational, trauma-informed, and very human. I believe lasting change starts with trust, so I show up as myself and invite you to do the same. If you’re looking for a therapist who brings warmth and compassion with no shortage of straight talk, I’m your person. My therapeutic approach is rooted in narrative, attachment, and family systems perspectives. I am also EMDR trained and incorporate that into my work with clients.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, you can expect a cozy office, snacks and fidgets, and a welcoming space to tell your story. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you're hoping will change, and what feels most important to you. You don't have to have everything figured out or know where to start—that's what I'm here for. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the work we'll do together.
